A Regal Celebration: Morgan & Evan’s Timeless Capitol Wedding

On a radiant September day in 2024, Morgan and Evan said “I do” in one of the most breathtaking venues in the state—the grand rotunda of the Utah State Capitol. With soaring columns, marble floors, and sweeping staircases, it was a setting that felt both stately and cinematic—perfect for a couple whose love story deserved nothing less.

The couple invited guests to dress in timeless black and white, setting the tone for an evening that was equal parts classic and unexpected. As Morgan and Evan exchanged vows beneath the soaring dome, their ceremony took a truly unforgettable turn: a surprise flash choir emerged to sing a moving rendition of Stand By Me, enveloping the room in harmony and joy.

After the ceremony, guests were shuttled to the Hyatt Regency in downtown Salt Lake City for the evening celebration. There, cocktails flowed and an elegant dinner was served, followed by dancing and heartfelt toasts.

The night culminated in a surprise performance by the groom, who serenaded his new bride in a moment that left the entire room misty-eyed.
